The plan is to improve fitness\, speed & no dabbing as we progress through the 6 weeks. \nMozzies are out in force – wear bug spray or get eaten alive!!! \n-Warm weather means lots of hydration required. \n-We will ride other trails along the way as fitness & time allows.

Start at 6:30ish from Loblaws on Redway Rd. \nWeather permitting\, we are starting from Loblaws on Redway Rd & heading east along the Ridge trail to Cricket tree. Probably arrive around 6:50. A possible meeting place. \nThen we ride up the hill to Topo & head in from there. \n-Expect mozzies thick and hungry\, wear your deep woods OFF or get eaten alive.\n-Should be comfy weather for riding.\n-After BOT we will probably head south on whatever we feel like.
