Don Valley Earth Day cleanup – hosted by Don’t Mess With The Don

Earth Day Clean Up! 
Rain or shine!!! 
Join Don’t Mess with the Don, local community groups and volunteers from across the city to clean up the Don Valley in celebration of Earth Day 2023.
Meet us in the south parking lot of ET Seton Park, accessible via park entrance off of 73 Thorncliffe Park Drive or one of the many Don Valley trails.

Registration opens at 9:45am with the cleanup running from 10am-12:00pm. Food, refreshments, draw prizes and an opportunity to speak with local environmental groups on site from 12pm-1pm. We will be joined by: Toronto Nature Stewards, University of Toronto Trash Team , Friends of Thorncliffe Park, Afghan Women’s Organization, TNO – The Neighbourhood Organization, 53 Division Toronto Police Service, Toronto Climate Save and Rally Beer Company.
A cool new feature this year will be a special Earth Day Quiz hosted by Fjällräven Canada, where you can test your knowledge about our planet and win some amazing prizes donated by Fjallraven, Salomon Store Toronto, Culture Athletics, Jay Quarmby and more.
We have a limited supply of gloves, so please try and bring your own. Don’t forget to bring a reusable water bottle/beverage container as this is a zero waste event! We will provide bags.
All DMWTD activities are eligible for volunteer/community service hours.
